TEST Angola is committed to conducting business in a socially responsible manner. We believe that our actions should be guided by a sense of responsibility to our customers, employees, and the communities in which we operate.
We are thankful to the community of Cabinda and the relationships that we have built over the last 20 years.
Our CSR program includes several key initiatives such as providing skills training for the young people in the community, working with local orphanages and schools to provide items that are needed to help build up the future of Cabinda, and sponsoring youth sports groups.
Training Center at Futila Sea Breeze
TEST Angola established a training center in Cabinda as part of the Criar Project in Partnership with The Bridge Global, AECIPA, and the Ministry of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas.
The inaugural group of 15 interns commenced on 1 December, 2023.
The interns are paid as a part of a 1-year program that prepares them for a career as an Electrician. The course includes English training, electrical theory, and hands on practical training on wiring, terminations, and electrical installation practices.
